The BHT_CA 21.00 is an electropneumatic module specifically developed for use in demanding agricultural machinery. It enables reliable switching of up to four compressed air channels, making it ideal for controlling larger pneumatic cylinders or other actuators.
The integrated solenoid valves are permanently built into the module, providing optimal protection against dust, moisture and vibrations – perfect for continuous operation under harsh field conditions.
Control is handled via standardized CAN bus communication, with automatic addressing simplifying the commissioning process significantly.
Thanks to its ability to be cascaded, multiple modules can be flexibly expanded within modular machine concepts. A single BHT_CA 21.00 replaces up to four conventional pneumatic valves, significantly reducing wiring and tubing complexity – saving space, time and costs.
Two integrated status LEDs allow for quick visual monitoring during operation. In addition, the module offers extensive diagnostic functions that can be conveniently accessed via the CAN bus.
With a dedicated compressed air supply port and a pass-through connection for forwarding air to subsequent modules, the BHT_CA 21.00 is perfectly suited for modular machine architectures.
